Ideal Surfaces have been fitting Corian on boats for over 13 years, in fact our first job was to put galley tops on a brand new narrowboat which is still navigating the canals of Britain today.
With the already well established virtues of Corian being non-porous, heat resistant, hygienic and seamless when joined, it is also a third of the weight of granite when installed, a major benefit on a narrowboat when it comes to ballast. With clever curves and flowing lines it is possible to maximise the space within a narrowboat while adding beauty and practicality as well as a worktop that will last the lifetime of the boat.
