A bioethanol fire is a real-flame alternative to traditional gas or coal fires. These fires rely on fuel created through fermented vegetables, converting the sugar they use into alcohol. A bioethanol fireplace provides as much real heat from the flame as a regular fireplace, and can burn for an average time of 4-8 hours, dependent on the amount of fuel used and the flame setting. They provide real fire, but without some of the common drawbacks of traditional fuel fires.
